The accuracy of any advice provided depends upon the accuracy and completeness of the information supplied by the customer. Customers are responsible for ensuring that all information, documents, quotations, bills and photographs supplied are accurate and complete.

Energy Advice Team accepts no responsibility for recommendations that are affected by incomplete or inaccurate information supplied by the customer.

Any references to the following are illustrative estimates only:

Actual performance will depend upon numerous factors including weather conditions, energy usage patterns, equipment performance, electricity tariffs and future energy prices. No guarantee is provided regarding actual savings or financial returns.

7. Quotation Review Services

Where a customer purchases a quotation review service, Energy Advice Team will review the documentation supplied and provide an independent opinion based upon the information available.

The review represents our professional opinion only. The final decision regarding whether to proceed with any installer, quotation or product remains entirely the responsibility of the customer.

8. Installer Recommendations And Introductions

Energy Advice Team may recommend or introduce customers to carefully selected installation partners. While we take reasonable steps to vet installers before recommending them, we do not control the actions, workmanship, pricing, performance or business practices of third-party installers.

Any installation contract entered into is solely between the customer and the installer. Energy Advice Team accepts no liability for:

9. Referral Fees

Energy Advice Team may receive referral fees from certain installation partners. Any referral fee received does not alter our commitment to providing honest and professional advice.
